The Basic Purpose of the Eternal Riders is sharing and showing the love of Jesus Christ to motorcyclists. Other purposes include:   

1. Provide and encourage members to be active in testimony and Christian witnessing to all motorcyclists.
2. Provide a Christian fellowship ride group.
3. Provide an evangelistic association for motorcycling.

As a member of this ministry each member will agree to live and act under biblical principles of conduct. These principles should be effective in your daily life, but must be followed whenever a member is wearing the Eternal Riders Patch. Many scriptures can be presented to support a godly lifestyle, but the use of the following scripture passages as an overview: Titus 3:1-11; Gal. 3:13; Matt. 18:15-19; I Cor.6; James 4:1-10.

                             Becoming a Member of the Eternal Riders

The Eternal Riders is a chapter of a larger international motorcycle ministry. This specific ministry will be referred as the "international ministry." *  The purpose of the international ministry which serves in over 14 countries worldwide, is taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to bikers and befriending all. We are in the community as a resource, to help those that would like to understand more about the message contained in the Bible, which is: the only way to eternal life, that God had prescribed for mankind.

Membership - Application for the international ministry membership, are given to prospective members only by the chapter presidents and chaplains, entirely at their discretion. There are no fees or dues to become a member.

International Ministry back-patch - is obtained only after completing a ministry team course. The training consists of watching DVD's or VSH tape presentations about ministry standards and protocols. There is a related workbook that is completed and sent to the national headquarters.

To be a member of the Eternal Riders, you need to be a member of specific national motorcycle ministry,  attend three consecutive meetings. After this requirement, you may purchase an E-Riders patch from the Chapter President. In order to vote in Chapter elections, members must be a national  patch wearer for six months and attend at least three chapter meetings in the six months prior to the election.

The Eternal Riders is not just a place for believers to fellowship, it is a Gospel Ministry and members are expected to be willing servants at CMA outreach functions, and, servants  to each other. Please prayerfully consider how you fit into our Lord’s great commission.
